BlendJet is fully charged when the light surrounding the power button has formed a complete blue circle.
When the battery needs to be recharged, the circle will flash red and purple light.
When the battery runs low, the circle turns purple (rather than blue) while blending or pulsing.
Why is BlendJet flashing red and blue?
Your jar isn’t aligned with your base if your Blendjet’s red and blue flashing lights are on. Simply screw your jar into the base in a clockwise direction to correct this.
The arrow on the blender jar should line up with the light on the base.
A small magnet is located on the jar and base for safety purposes; it must be aligned for the blades to spin.

Why is my portable blender not working?
The most frequent causes of a portable blender not working are a low battery or an overload. Make sure the portable blender is fully charged before using it.
On BlendJet, a complete blue circle surrounding the power button indicates that it is fully charged and prepared to blend.
Why is my blender not blending?
Sometimes an air pocket may form around the blade, preventing the ingredients from hitting the blade during blending. Remove the power plug. Rearrange the ingredients in the Blender Jar with a spatula after removing the Blender Jar from the base. To continue using the blender, turn it on.

Hi Darrell. Try to hold the button down it will go through a reset cycle. If that didn’t work try to first charge it on another USB charger, and then hold the button down again. Also, make sure the base is connected tightly or it won’t let it turn on. If nothing works, I would reach out to the company.
I got the same problem although I tried to hold down the button to reset the cycle as suggested in another post. Please can you share what’s the problem and how to fixe this if you are able to have yours fixed? Thank you very much

It didn’t work. When the arrows are aligned, the jar isn’t tightly attached to the base and liquid will leak out. If the it is tightly screwed, the arrows do not align
If I were you I’d just contact the company
